Davit Pitskhelauri, an agrotechnologist by profession, is actively engaged in family farming. Along with walnut orchards and a greenhouse, he has built a wine cellar and  alongside family vineyards, he is cultivating new vines. Davit makes wine from grapes harvested in his own vineyard, using the Georgian traditional method, fermented in qvevri.
