Ekaterine Chitinashvili a philologist by profession discovered that winemaking was her real passion and made her very first wine in 2018. She proudly continues the family tradition of winemaking, which she learnt from her grandmother. Ekaterine is engaged in the whole process of winemaking, from growing grapes to the bottling and labeling. Her favourite wine is a semi sweet Kindzmarauli. By being able to bring her wines to the world, Ekaterine has the opportunity to develop and build a winery.
