Ketevan Aladashvili a wimeker-technologist by profession started winemaking in her own winery in 2017. Several years of experience in wine industry lead Ketevan to found her own wine cellar and develop vineyards in Maghrani, Akhmeta, Kakheti Region. Today she is making distinctive Qvevri wines and she is doing PhD, with a thesis on “The advantages and impact of Qvevri on wine quality”. Her favourite wines are Saperavi Qvevri and Kisi Qvevri.
