Rkatsiteli

This full-bodied, golden straw-coloured white wine is made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Bolnisi. It is made with The Georgian traditional method, in qvevri, by Levan Bandzeladze.  With bags of intense fruit, this wine pairs really well with spicy curry, blue cheese and fish in sauce.
