Rkatsiteli

This dark straw-coloured white is 80% Rkatsiteli blended with Chinebuli, Mtsvane, Aligote and Mtsvivani grapes. It is made in qvevri by Aliosha Kapanadze (known his whole life as Al Capone ). With notes of quince, pear and honey this versatile wine pairs well with thyme infused oily fish dishes, sushi, big flavoured nutty salads and salty cheese.
