Red qvevri wine Shavkapito from Okami microzone. The dry subtropical climate of this terroir in the Kartli region-with warm days and cool nights-allows the Shavkapito grapes to retain both ripeness and acidity, beautifully highlighting its varietal aromas in the wine. This harmonious wine with elegant tannins and rich aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, and ripe fruits, was crafted by young director Giorgi Gelashvili in his family winery.
