White Blend 2021, Bolnisi

This pale straw colored wine is made with classic winemaking method from Chinuri and Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Bolnisi. The harmonious wine with pleasant acidity is distinguished with flavours of ripe white and dried fruits. Ioseb Mukhigulashvili made his first wine when he was only 16. Since then, an economist by profession, is following his passion of winemaing.  He recovered ancestors historic vineyards in Bolnisi and from 2018 is making wine in his own cellar.
