Avtandil Ugrekhelidze, a 35-year-old doctor from a wine-making family. He started making wine naturally in qvevri from 2015, and his family is developing their 1.5-hectare vineyard to grow the rare Asuretuli grape alongside Rkatsiteli and Saperavi. He is from Bolnisi, it is a special place in South-East Georgia, where wine has been made since the 6th C BC.
