Rkatsiteli

This lightly amber coloured white is made from Rkatsiteli grapes, with The Georgian traditional method, in qvevri by Avtandil Ugrekhelidze, who has his own 1,5-hectare vineyeard and growing Georgian rare grape varieties. With ripe fruit this wine pairs really well with fruity cheese, pasta dishes and Asian inspired dishes.
